See I use that approach too, then I double down by not hitting a bong while I’m working.
A bong rip while working is a good way for me to stop everything I’m doing and not work the rest of the day. So I avoid it
You might also need some professional help if you can’t get through one shift without using drugs (unless medically prescribed). I have no issue with drug use in general. I just don’t need my coworkers high while I’m trying to work with them.
There’s a good chance that your coworkers are high anyway and you don’t even know about it.
I think you misunderstood their comment. They said they avoid smoking during work hours.
