Whatever percentage of positive tests would have a second and possibly tertiary test to confirm and rule out false positives for a whopping (guessing here) 10.03 cents per person

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
