        At this point I’d rather see California split off and become it’s own country (not gonna happen, but I can dream).

            That’d be pretty rad. Hell, I’d be down to be Canadian at this point. I just want to live a quiet, peaceful life dammit. I’m not looking forward to the next few years.

            Doesn’t the EU require countries to be physically located somewhere around Europe?

              Unfortunately yes. There are some exceptions, like French Guyana in South America being in the European Union, but that’s because it’s under the republic of France.

            Cyberpunk theme intensifies

            Where are my goddamn robot arms. We have corporate hellscapes, hacker collectives, and private militaries, but I still can’t get robo limbs at a Walgreens walk up clinic.
