Emojipedia has a copy of Emoji Mashup that can do exactly that. I don’t think there’s any emoji with feet though, so you can’t make that goatse like on the poster.

If that’s how you feel, fair enough, but I honestly don’t see much value in letting AI generate suicide emojis.
If they give you that tool why not let you decide how to use it?
Because its their tool? They just let you use it. I dont think they care if you make/buy your own without the constraints
