Why ElevenLabs requires consent of a person before voice cloning, whereas several other platforms don’t require this? Is this just a private policy of ElevenLabs?

    I would say it is a private policy. If there is a court case and they are called to defend why their platform something to happen they can point to the policy and say not our problem.
