For me the shape I was thinking of was if you take a simplified 2D version of this 💎, with there being 4 sides, 2 pairs of equal sides but not 4 equal sides

I have had pizza in Chicago and New York and it was good, but there is good pizza everywhere I have lived in the US. As long as its a local place its normally pretty good. It’s not that difficult to get right.
